There is a theory that suggests it may be in the interests of corporations and pharmaceutical companies to withhold certain nutrients in order to make us spend on costly cures.
 
Animals get huge amounts of protein from plants. Some then get protein from the animals. Coupe recommends cutting out the middle man and getting the plant protein yourself. That way you won’t get all the additives and bad ingredients caused when processing meat.
 
Lifting external weights for fitness causes your muscles to shorten. Using your own body weight for training causes your muscles to elongate, which is more ideal.
