After their producer ghosted them, Steve and Jeff celebrate Halloween with well known ghost mumbler Madame Bulshetsky in an attempt to finally make contact. In a wild, live on the air session, Madame gets in touch with the ghost of Chelsea, who still has timeliness issues. Madame recounts disappeared celebrities she has helped, Jeff wheezes and regrets his Reuben sandwich, and Steve fixes it all in post.
