In an attempt to be bare and balanced in their coverage of medical issues, Steve and Jeff host a highly paid medical professional, Dr. D., who by his own admission is the most important person on Earth. Pronunciation still eludes them however. Dr. D discusses his book "I Didn't Go to Medical School for my Health," and diagnoses several listeners live on air without even seeing them, just like he does in his office. Steve is happy that his mac and cheese fetish has not harmed his Impala relationship. Jeff wonders if hair plugs will stop the spread of leprosy. Johnny moonlights for the Doc, but winds up just another patient. Dr. D enjoys a donut with his cigarette.
