In this bonus episode, Leo has a natter with Cllr Tom Jones. Tom is the Conservative Party councillor for Scotton and Lower Wensleydale in North Yorkshire and a political commentator and critic. In our chat, Tom talks about his background and his political philosophy.

Tom offers up his view on why the Conservative Party are struggling to win over younger voters and what needs to be done to change his party's fortunes. Together, we discuss the urgent need to tackle intergenerational inequality and we examine why the political mainstream has overlooked our growing generational divides for so long.
