114 - Pod Healing Update with Julie Belew

Wondering how those energy healings affected the ladies from our first pod healing? Julie Belew joins me to talk about some of the ways in which her energy pathways are opening up and some cool things that have happened to her since our session.   Like many of us, she was hoping to quickly graduate from "Earth School" so she can sit back and enjoy the rest of the journey through life.   But she says she only woke up about a year ago to start practicing meditation and improving her mindset.    Julie learns that healing with energy is a process and doesn’t happen overnight. She finds out how to embrace loving and accepting herself with the help of EFT and more great advice from Amy.    She’s found a way to tell her story to the world through podcasting to help process her past traumas.
