This is an educational channel dedicated to Balance, Stability, Strength and Mobility from the Feet Up.
Our Educator Tracy Smith has worked as a Podiatrist for 28 years and has extensive experience in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation.
The exercises range from functional foot specific strength, balance ,co-ordination, control, and stabilisation to global movements where the foot has an influence.
I live natural foot function BUT the reality is we live in a world where we have to wear shoes, so I use bespoke insoles (not conventional orthotics to mimic each individual's ideal foot function to engrain this movement in the CNS 🧠👣 💪.
