Welcome to the Spiritual Root Podcast! In this very first episode, I am sharing my story and a little bit about me, where I grew up, and how I went from not having a clue or a clear path with my own life (including thyroid health problems along the way) to how I found the mind, body and spiritual connection to my health and finding my soul passion and purpose starting my own coaching business.
