Kat Melheim is a production roaster for Black and White Coffee Roasters, she runs an educational Instagram page called RoasterKat, is the founder of Coffee People Zine, has lived and worked on a coffee farm. Kat shares her experiences in the specialty coffee industry shares her thoughts on experimental processing methods and talks about the passions behind her projects.
