I don’t know about you, but I’ve certainly second guessed and doubted myself...and many times have wondered whether I’m good enough... and I’m sure that all of this has got in the way of me achieving goals in the past, or at the very least slowed me down.

An expert in the neuroscience and psychology of performance, her original training as an engineer, specialising in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, means her approach is grounded in practical common sense, creating breakthroughs not burnout. She is the author of eight books and has been interviewed by the likes of The Independent, The Daily Telegraph and Radio 4, amongst others. Clare speaks internationally on how to change the world by changing yourself.
