Guests share their secrets on how they connect the seemingly unconnectable dots between passion, resilience and creativity. Series 1 focuses on women, the show is mixed thereafter. It is hoped that these revealing tête-à-têtes will SPARK listeners to start their own conversation - whether with a friend, family member or colleague, empower them to make a positive life or work change for themselves, and challenge the status quo.
