Talks 452 - YO ADRIAN, WE DID IT! 37.2 miles later

What an incredibly fun and challenging event that was...5k on the hour, every hour, for twelve hours. I'm much more knowledgable on this side of the miles than I was prior, and I'm excited to share some of my takeaways. In this episode, I'll talk a bit about strategy and execution, fuel (food/nutrition), camaraderie, how I felt physically and mentally, and more.
