This book is a gem. It is "the savage tale of the first standards war", and it tells the story of electricity. The battle of currents, AC vs. DC, is a fascinating look at how one of the things we tend to take for granted, electricity, came to be. Enjoy today's intro episode. (And don't worry. I knew nothing about the details of electricity. Science was not my strength. And I REALLY enjoyed this book).
