The name Amelia Boone is virtually synonymous with ”First Place Female.” And this is at the highest level of Spartan Race, Tough Mudder competition, plus wins in Ultra Races. Besides which, she’s an attorney for Apple! But she’s a humble star. You’ll hear how gracious she was when this recording began with technical difficulties. And she emphasizes the soft sides of her hard sports: Connecting with fans and running for joy rather than not to lose.
