Ahead of the WAKO World Kickboxing Championships which get underway in Sarajevo this weekend, we paid a visit to the West Cork Kickboxing Club in Skibbereen where three members of the Ireland team are based.
We got a chance to speak to former World and European champion Lily De La Cour who will be gunning for gold having come home with silver at the last worlds.
We also spoke to the seasoned Tony Stephenson and relative newcomer Greg Sheehan about their ambitions for the tournament
