67: The confidence mindset for moms with Olympic gold medalist platform diver Laura Wilkinson

So many of us mamas struggle with confidence postpartum and if you are struggling to find yourself again, you are not alone. Today's guest Laura Wilkinson is an Olympic Gold medalist in platform diving & mama of four (two from adoption.). As a budding diver and athlete who was often told NO, she went on to prove the masses wrong & then went through an 8 year emotional and life changing adoption journey.
