Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, and so often the people doing the hardest work receive the least recognition.  In this episode, we talk about the power of simply telling parents, “You’re doing a great job.” Whether it’s a friend raising little ones or a stranger you see in the grocery store, a small word of encouragement can go a long way.  Offering parents a simple, encouraging comment can uplift them during the tougher seasons of this important role.  Let’s spread the kindness!
