I was recently having a one-of-those-days moments when, as if on cue, the next phone alert was an old friend texting to say they’d been thinking of me. That small gesture brought me out of a yucky headspace and gave me a sweet little boost to keep on going.
Whether it's a simple "thinking of you" or a meme that made you laugh, a quick text message can strengthen connections, lift someone's day, and even improve your own mental well-being. Technology, when used intentionally, can help us feel more connected than ever. It's time to stop overthinking and start texting—because sometimes, all it takes is a little "hey!”
