That particular Act isn’t even a month old and the HEROES Act (just passed by the House) AMENDS the CARES Act! HEROES is short for “Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions Act”. HEROES is over 1,800 pages and in it, there are more usurpations of the Constitution to target you and your children.
