This week our guest on Sod's Law is the lovely Carmel Berke.

Carmel, as some of you may remember from our International Women’s Day episode, was brought up in both Israel and Finland, and is the Nutrition Programme Director for AGE UK Salford.

We talk about how her unique upbringing led to her career in nutrition, what it was like serving in the Israeli Air Force, as well as the incredible work she’s involved in to improve malnutrition in Greater Manchester's older population with a fantastic initiative called The Paperweight Armband.
