Justin Ault - Hapa Izakaya, from Tokyo to Vancouver

On this episode of the podcast I chatted with Justin Ault, the mastermind behind Hapa Izakaya restaurants. At one point he had Six Hapa's going at once from four corporately owned, to two other partnerships across Canada. His story of learning the craft of running an Izakaya is truly  fantastic.
