So many times, I've seen coaching sold as a grand, life changing, singular powerful entity that sets itself up to create incredible insights and mind blowing epiphanies.

The skill of coaching CAN do that, but sometimes that isn't what is necessary. Sometimes, it's a process of slowly redirecting thought towards a more positive and supportive mindset. Smaller steps that can still create life changing experiences.
