Focusing on the positives is so important, especially in early sobriety. There are SO many amazing things that come with quitting alcohol... I could have written a list of 100+ perks.
Sometimes the negative side of early sobriety can wear us down: Changing our routine, cutting out people that don't support us, or figuring out how to exist in a society surrounded by alcohol. My biggest tip is to hyper-fixate on the positives. Become obsessed with all the positive things that arise!
