The Tough Guy Problem, Empaths are Real, Societal Conditioning to Toxic Behaviors

On this episode I go into greater detail about what I was saying on the last two episodes about bad jobs and our societal adherence to it, to the point of obedience, no matter how unsavory or toxic. Then talk about the problem with this tough guy mentality out there, and the difference between actually tough v faux tough, and the main difference between toughness v sensitivity. Finally, as a self described empath, I speak about what that means in real terms, and how to tell if you are empathic too. Then lastly, the sociopolitical implications of toughness, and how it fractures mental health and good cheer and balance in society.
