The Right and Wrong Way to Delegate with Ashley Carlson

Make space for financial growth for your business. We love to think about delegation in terms of the return on your investment. What is the best use of your time?
• 18:38 - Marketing is nothing more than sharing how you can help. Thinking about it this way takes the pressure off of sales. We just want to help.
• 20:09 - Delegation doesn’t just take tasks off your plate, it takes them off your mind. But, in order for this to really work, you need to completely pass ownership off to someone else.
