Welcome back to Small Business School! Today I am continuing "The Boardroom" series with part three. These episodes are meant to mimic what a board of directors would help you with in your business. I am asking questions not just about the urgent but about the long term vision and viability of your business! That continues in this episode by talking about how to get good advice about problems in your business from the right sources. Let's get into it!

Weekly Challenge: Making a list of individuals who you value the feedback of and seek those people out. They could be friends, family, high-level managers, and even those customers who've decided not to buy. It's all about building a robust feedback loop.
