Join us as we discuss chapter five of Take Time for You: Self Care Action Plans for Educators by Tina H. Boogren. This chapter is about esteem needs. We discuss auditing your time in terms of high esteem and low esteem thoughts, strategies for increasing high esteem thoughts, and ways to reframe or stop negative thinking. We go over our own action plans for raising our self esteem (and maybe the esteem of others), including giving authentic compliments when we notice other people doing things we love.
