213. Applejack Rabbit

The guys continue their exploration of Laird's apple brandies with an old-timey cocktail given new life by PDT founder Jim Meehan.

APPLEJACK RABBIT RECIPE:

• 1.5oz/45ml LAIRD'S BONDED APPLE BRANDY
• .75oz/22ml LEMON JUICE
• .5oz/15ml ORANGE JUICE
• 2oz/60mlGRADE B MAPLE SYRUP

Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
