The guys blend up a Fire Island staple sure to shoot ya to the moon.

ROCKET FUEL RECIPE

• 2 parts 151 RUM
• 1 part AMARETTO 
• 4 parts PINEAPPLE JUICE
• 1 part COCO LOPEZ

Blend ingredients (except Amaretto) with ice in an electric blender. Pour into a large glass and float Amaretto on top. Garnish with pineapple slice and a cocktail cherry (optional).
