106. Death in the Afternoon

The guys make one of Hemingway's more questionable concoctions, combining absinthe and champagne.

DEATH IN THE AFTERNOON RECIPE

• 1.5oz/45ml Absinthe
• 4oz/120ml Champagne

Pour one jigger of absinthe into a champagne glass. Add iced champagne until it attains the proper opalescent milkiness. Drink three to five of these slowly.
