TOM COLLINS RECIPE
- Gin - 1.5oz/45ml
- Lemon Juice - 1oz/30ml
- Simple Syrup - .5oz/15ml
- Soda Water - 2oz/60ml
Pour all ingredients directly into highball filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
