Episode: 35 Feeling Yourself vs. Loving Yourself

This week's episode was loosely inspired by Miss Chloe Kardashian who had a moment of insecurity based off of a picture that was leaked that was for lack of a better word perfect. I wanted to talk about that because there's nothing wrong with feeling yourself but when you don't love yourself you're living a lie. And if social media has taught me anything it's that most times these folks that only show us this picture perfect world... are just as miserable as the rest of us
