Interview with Susanna Barkataki: Ayurveda, Yoga + Cultural Appropriation

Susanna is a Yoga teacher, inclusivity promoter and Yoga culture advocate. She hosts an online summit called Honor Don’t Appropriate that offers Yoga teachers and practitioners a free place to learn from South Asian voices about how to practice Yoga with unity and respect. In this episode she explains cultural appropriation and gives very real examples how all of us can honor and respect the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda and the cultures that they come from.
