In this episode of The Silvercore Podcast Travis Bader sits down with Marshall Lowen, a master firearms instructor, Canadian military veteran, master of the hunt and elder in the Metis community. Marshall's Lakota name is Mázawakȟaŋ, which means "many guns".
Marhsall shares with us some interesting hunting stories as well as his unique perspective on teaching firearms and hunting to indigenous groups and insight into fostering respect and understanding between indigenous and non-indigenous communities in Canada.
