"As competitive athletes we're not here to just have a good time, we're here to push ourselves, to see how good we can be. I believe it's that tension, that time whether felt in the last 10 meters of sprints or during slow motion rehab exercises, that makes us actually better." - Jules

This episode is a Story Session - where athletes who have written for The Sideline Perspective website read their reflection in their own words and reflect back on what it meant to process that time of transition in their lives.

After graduating from Dartmouth where she played women’s rugby, Jules now lives in Boston and works in brand development and imagery. You can find her running along the Charles, playing for Beantown Rugby, and volunteering for various art organizations around the city!
