This episode features a conversation with Ryder Stone about what’s gone through his head a week after leaving football, finishing up his last season as a professional football player for the Montreal Alouettes. He was drafted 38th overall in the 2018 CFL Draft after graduating early from Dartmouth College with an Environmental Studies degree. He played two years in the CFL, and in that time had shoulder surgery on his labrum at the end of the 2018 season and suffered two serious concussions that sidelined him for the last 4 games of his first season and over half of his last season. He's decided to step away from football due to his injuries. These are some of his first thoughts since his last day with the team.
