Open yourself up to a world of possibilities through the power of visualization! In today’s episode, co-hosts Ben and Paige Easter are back to share clear steps for leveraging visualization to step into the life of your dreams. Through visualizing your future, you can learn to create your own reality, manifest success and ultimately unlock your full potential.

A few key tips for utilizing visualization to create your desired future:

  • Get really clear about your end goal before you even start visualizing anything
  • Walk yourself backwards from your goal and determine what steps it would actually take to get there
  • Figure out what your body would physically be doing during those steps and visualize yourself doing that in your mind
  • Charge up your visualization process by approaching the exercise from a place of gratitude rather than fear or worry

Everyone engages in visualization all the time, even if they do not realize they are doing it. Instead of allowing unresourceful visualizations to continue playing in the background, start engaging in visualization exercises consciously and telling yourself the story that you want for your future.

Quotes

  • “We're all running visualizations in our mind all the time.” (2:54 | Paige)
  • “When you sit and do the visualization, your skill actually improves in a comparable way to people who are doing the physical practice in the world.” (6:58 | Ben)
  • “The more you spend time in that visualization of your future, the more likely you are to notice when there are things that you might add to that future from your options in the present reality.” (12:49 | Ben)
  • “One of the three major reasons for procrastination is that we don't know how to do something. So this visualization step can actually break that how barrier down so that we can get ourselves taking action.” (16:03 | Ben)
  • “If we actually ask that question, do you believe that there is a series of actions that you could take, if only you knew what they were, and you were motivated to do them, and you took the actions, do you believe that there is some path that would get you there inevitably?” (19:29 | Ben)
  • “The more we practice it the more we're making those neural pathways, the more inevitable it will become for us to be able to take that action.” (32:12 | Ben)
