I was first introduced to the term Imposter Syndrome over 20 years ago and almost always, it was used by women. When I heard it used in casual conversation, I could relate to the concept. In recent years, while guiding women into a healthier, more rested and grounded version of themselves, it began to surface once again. It sidelines many of us wanting to grow in various areas of our lives.
How can you stop letting it stop you? I believe itβs valuable to recognize it and to actively move through imposter syndrome. This episode shares a perspective shift that can make all the difference for you.
