Alanna Peters is a Toronto based painter and educator. Her work is predominantly figurative oil painting on birch wood panels. She was born and raised in Ottawa, Canada. As a young adult she moved around Canada, England, France, Guyana and Burkina Faso before coming to Toronto in 2010.

Alanna’s paintings are found in private and public collections in Canada, France, Australia, United States, Germany and Uganda. Alanna presently exhibits her work in Toronto, London and Ottawa. She splits her time between her studio practice, as an arts educator and as a mother of 3.
