Luzzu is the award winning film that tells the story of a Maltese Fisherman struggling to maintain his family traditions in a world that is working against him. Luzzu opened at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival, where the lead character Jesmark, a fisherman from Siggiewi, won the World Cinema Dramatic Special Jury Award in Acting for his debut performance.
