This week we're joined by Lucia Stafford who won the elite 5K women's race at the Road to Hope Marathon weekend in Hamilton, ON, last Saturday. Her time of 15:20 in her debut at the distance was only 4 seconds off the Canadian record set in 2004 by Emilie Mondor. In this episode Lu shares her insights about the value of racing off-distances, and why a happy runner is key to being a successful runner!
