Traditional Peyote and Mushroom Medicine Woman Chicahuaxocitl

In this show I speak with native medicine woman Chicahuaxocitl from Guadalajara area of Mexico. She comes from a line of medicine women in her family and has been trained by the Wixarica ( Huichol). She speaks about traditional ceremonies with Hikuri (peyote) and Teonanacatl (mushroom) in the temazcal (sweat lodge), and some of the impact decriminalization and interest has caused.
