Today was a special one on the podcast, with Troy Brosnan making it to the shed to have a chat.
Troy is one of the most elite level #downhillmtb Racers in the world.
Born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia. Troy started off in BMX as a kid before making the move over to Downhill MTB Racing.
Troy found success young, winning multiple golds on the world stage from a young age.
Since then, he has consistently been in the top 10 in the world since.
We talk injuries, coming back from them & a whole bunch of random stuff.

Its a shame Australia doesn't promote more of the amazing athletes with have representing Australia on a world stage in any sport with two wheels.
Especially when they are as awesome as  @TroyBrosnanMTB
