Toby Wood is a young & passionate chef who has just taken the reigns of Adelaide's Southern Suburbs new and up & coming bar NOORI. 
Me being an ex-chef, working mostly in fine dining it was an absolute pleasure to chat with Toby about food, the struggles and pain you go through during service & hot-tempered bosses.
He moved from the UK in 2016 in search of upgrading his skills and travelling around the world. 
He landed himself in Australia following love, and now is putting out some cool, modern and rustic food down in Adelaide's Mid Coast.
