WEEK 2 Feedback:
The main issues that came up this week were managing socialising, eating out & alcohol while staying on track.
Also discussed making time for movement throughout the day so you can feel your best, mentally & physically. And the unify this can have on any aches & pains.
For anyone not a REBOOT:42 member. I have limited spots to work with me 1-1 from Monday 11th November.
