Sensorial Food Experience with Josiane Marquis, R.H.N.

Josiane Marquis will be teaching how to approach food with pleasure and with all the senses. She will guide a sensorial eating experience during which people will be invited to explore food with their 5 senses: sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch. A part of the exploration will be blindfolded.

Too often these days, we intellectualize the process of eating. That's why Josiane want people to bring pleasure back on the table and to listen to what their body needs. Mealtimes have the potential to become magical rituals. By taking the time to "play with food", we eat more slowly, we digest better, and we create a better relationship with food and with our body.

Josiane Marquis is a certified Holistic Wellness Practitioner (R.H.N.), Nomad Chef, Culinary Artist, Creator of Transformative Experiences, Sacred Cacao Facilitator, and Art Director.

Drawing from her creative and multidisciplinary background, She facilitate 1:1 and group coaching sessions, online classes and workshops, as well as transformative experiences. Josiane mission is to inspire women to blossom and to live an ecstatic life. She mix holistic nourishment, sacred sexuality, ceremonial cacao, danse and movement as complementaty modalities for growth, healing, and empowerment.

She is trained in art, design, natural nutrition, herbalism, and sacred sexuality. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher, and a Raw Food Chef. She is a passionate entrepreneur and life lover, easily filled with wonder at colours and nature. Known for her artistic approach in the kitchen and for the sensual cacao experiences that she facilitate, we invite you to surrender to the magic of life and to transcend the ordinary.

Josiane live in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. There, in the luxurious jungle, she spend days exploring her artistic skills, creating unique experiences, drinking cacao, playing with food, dancing, making love with nature, and manifesting a life filled with magic and abundance.
