Within this session, Khadíjih will share about the challenges she experienced throughout her life. e.g., poverty, unstable home, anorexia, teen dropout, teen mom, dealing with abusive partners, deep shame, sense of not belonging, and eventually health issues. She will share how all of these seeming trials brought her to meditation and the journey with self love. The tool she will share will be a guided meditation to relax the body and tune into the love of the heart.

Khadíjih guides individuals to reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit by embracing moments of stillness and honoring the inner work that is required for their personal path.
