How do we love ourselves through the challenging moments? How do we know when we're being too hard on ourselves, or letting ourselves off the hook too soon? Each of these moves are actually a bypass of self-love. Our personal growth work and our relationships are better served when we can fine tune our inner compass of loving accountability. We'll explore how to increase your embodied discernment for when it's time to dig in, and when it's time to rest. I'll talk about this in the context of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work, and offer an embodied practice.
