Embodying Shameless Self-Love with Shawnrey Notto

It has never been more important to connect to our bodies and pleasure.  

Shameless Self-Love Expression is an interactive Embodiment Workshop that helps you increase and tap into your "Sensual Intelligence". Sensual Intelligence "is the artful knowledge of embodied feeling and being."  

We will reclaim and embody the wisdom of our primal bodies, which get shamed into the shadows. Using movement, sounds, and embodiment play 

*tap into and listen to the body's wisdom
*connect to pleasure as medicine and nourishment
*explore embodied self-love and expression at a physical, emotional, and community level

In this workshop we will create a container to recalibrate our mind-body-heart connections, harness and reclaim the wisdom of our Sensual Intelligence so we can feel what it is like to move shamelessly, lovingly, fully-expressed.

Shawnrey is the sensual intelligence and embodiment guide, teaching and inspiring people to embody their joy, pleasure, and self-love.
 
She is the author of the soon to be published book on Sensual Intelligence: The Lost IQ, where she leads us through the journey of discovering our Sensual Intelligence Type. She blends 15+ years of dance and performance art, erotic poetry, sensual intimacy coaching, mindfulness, and nude live art modeling to connect mind, body, spirit, and pleasure. It is time to heal cycles of shame and suppression so that we can find the joy we’ve always desired.
 
She believes that we can change the world starting with our relationships with our own bodies.
