We will also be talking about the different types of PMS and how to start addressing them in a holistic and natural way!
Omega is an Exercise Scientist, Menstrual Cycle Educator and Founder of the Fitness Flow Method. She is a former bikini competitor who took 3rd at nationals in 2009. Shortly thereafter she was diagnosed with hypothyroid syndrome. Omega is no stranger to health issues. She has conquered PCOS, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroid and anemia. In her healing journey she even gained 30 pounds in 3-months. And it was through the lense of the menstrual cycle that she was able to take her healing one step further. She now teaches other menstruating people how to master their hormones, reduce PMS and get fit using the Fitness Flow Method.
