We are getting REAL on this week's episode of The Self-Aware Millennial- J.Mix invites the darling Christopher Bentivegna, founder of See 'Em On Stage: A Production Company, onto the show to discuss his experiences as a white male theatrical director and producer in New Orleans metro area. J.Mix also airs her grievances and revelations as a black performing artist in the city. Together, they explore how white production companies can be more welcoming and inclusive of PoC creatives into their spaces.
